Producing packaging in virtually every shape and size, and using one of the widest selection of materials in the industry, the company was looking for a reliable source of labour to provide ancillary and finishing work.
Remploy solution
We invested in a new soak padding machine and improved our manufacturing sites to comply with food handling regulations, introducing a hygiene policy and cleaning schedules. We also ensured all our staff were trained to Level 1 Food Hygiene. We now provide Reynolds Food Packaging with their entire soak padding requirements, including procurement of some raw material.
